Double Side Effect Washable Enamel
It can show one pattern on both sides have two color effect. While two color totally coincide, no dislocation, no penetration. Available colors: black, white, blue, green, brown.
Application Method:
- First color pattern printing: any color of glass enamel is OK. Bright colors will be better choose; screen can be lines, dots and any other shapes. Printing mesh: 200-250 mesh.
- Drying: 150℃, 4-5 minutes.
- Second color full-page printing: double side effect washable glass enamel (can choose different colors ) ,printing mesh 250-350 mesh.
- Drying: 150℃, 4-5 minutes.
- Heating temperature: 680~700℃.
- After cooling, shower cleaning or washing machine cleaning ,with the first color pattern,the second color stay; the first color no pattern , the second color will be completely dissolved, without any residue .
- The final result: both sides of glass of the same pattern , different colors.
- Finished glass has all the features of enameled glass: acid-proof, alkali-proof, weather resistant, high opacity and good adhesion.
