Meeting
We will listen to your requests and suggestions and confirm the details of pins production. We will select the best materials and construction methods according to your image and request, and explain the production process. Through the meeting, we will make a specific plan to realize the pins that will satisfy our customers.
Quotation
We will provide you with a fair price based on factors like design, size, construction method, quantity, and more. We are flexible and can accommodate your budget and preferences, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Production
We will start manufacturing based on the design approved by the customer. We provide a high level of service that combines Japanese technology and Chinese productivity. We will carry out quality control in detail and produce it with a finish that will satisfy our customers. Prototype takes about 16 to 18 days, and mass production takes about 35 to 40 days. Adjustments are also possible, so please contact us if you have any requests.
Delivery
We will deliver the pins that have been completed to the customer. At the time of delivery, please check the condition of the product and respond promptly if there is a problem. In addition, we will continue to provide after-sales service after delivery and strive to satisfy you.

01. Digital File Format
About data submission file format In the case of data submission, please send it in the format of Illustrator version CS5.
02. Color
Please specify the color in pantone. The number of colors of this Cloisonné is limited, so we will use colors as close as possible.

04. Font Information
For fonts, be sure to outline them, the most commonly used font is sans-serif. In addition, Ariel, Helvetica, Verdona, Geneva, etc. are often used.
05. Submitting Artwork Design
- How to accept data: Please send it by e-mail or “large file transmission service”. It is also possible to use CD-R.
- Recommended software: Illustrator version CS5
- Font: Please be sure to outline the characters when submitting. Also, if you have an image, please embed it.
- If it is difficult to submit using illustrator, you can also use our data creation service. ( Separate option)
